Best free X-Plane & FSX multi-user flight groups?

1. Can anyone suggest the free "Best X-Plane AND FSX multi-user flight sharing groups"?

2. What about the same using TeamSpeak3? (what servers?)

try FSNVA, multiplayer flights, you dont have to be a member to join our multiplayer, we use FSINN so you can use xplane 9 -10 and FSX  check out the connection settings here, also included are teamspeak options.. click here Multiplayer and join us, we fly Saturdays and sundays GMT/ Zulu times to suit..
